About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team at The Geneva Suites in Eagan. As a Part-Time Night Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications and treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms, behaviors, and conditions to the nursing team.
  • Document services performed and observations during shift in our electronic charting system.
  • Engage with residents through activities, conversations, and other forms of interaction.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and laundry.
Requirements
  • At least one year of hands-on caregiving experience.
  • Previous experience in an Assisted Living setting is preferred.
  • CNA/HHA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Dependable and able to work a consistent schedule, including every other weekend.
  • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
