Position Overview
The Client Relationship Specialist I plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our clients at BOK Financial. This position is dedicated to ensuring that every client interaction is positive and productive.

Key Responsibilities
As a Client Relationship Specialist I, you will:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels, including in-person, phone, and digital platforms.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding account activities, banking products, and services.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of digital banking tools and services.
  • Resolve client issues effectively while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Open and manage a variety of retail banking products for clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic math skills for account reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and banking systems.
