**Job Summary:**

The Service Advisor is a critical role in our collision repair team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring quality repairs are provided in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Estimate Writing and Management:** Review vehicle damage, write accurate and detailed estimates, and create repair plans to ensure compliance with Direct Repair Program (DRP) guidelines.
  • **Collaboration and Communication:** Work closely with technicians, parts managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless repair processes and timely part orders.
  • **Quality Assurance and Control:** Perform in-process quality checks to ensure repairs meet our high standards.
  • **File Reconciliation and Compliance:** Ensure accurate and compliant file management, including review and approval of estimates and repair plans.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • **Minimum 2 years' experience** in writing collision estimates and managing repair processes.
  • **Knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance procedures** is essential.
  • **Proficiency in estimating software and technology** is required.
  • **Legally authorized to work in the United States** is a must.
  • **Bilingual in Spanish** is a plus.
  • **DRP certifications and I-Car certification** are preferred.
