Position Overview:
Compensation:
$24.00/hr DOE
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Manager in various facets of property oversight, focusing on tenant engagement, lease management, and maintenance scheduling.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in property management, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in property management, real estate, or a similar field. Strong understanding of housing laws, lease agreements, and property management practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage confidential information discreetly. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Certification in property management (e.g., CAM, CPM) is advantageous.Benefits for Associates:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
