Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is a key member of our team at Richmark Property Management, responsible for ensuring the physical and mechanical aspects of our properties are well-maintained. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure all property systems are functioning properly.
  • Respond to work orders and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the shop, garages, and storage areas.
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
  • Assist in completing preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Prior maintenance experience preferred.
  • HVAC, plumbing, CPO, and electrical certifications desired.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Compensation

$23-$23 hourly wage.
