Our Leasing Specialists are skilled communicators who excel in understanding and anticipating customer needs to create outstanding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the leasing process from initial tour to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience by closing sales, completing lease agreements, and inspecting units.
  • Highlight the community's features and benefits in relation to the needs of potential residents.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach throughout the year to facilitate smooth lease renewals for existing residents.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing and social media strategies to enhance property visibility.
  • Support occupancy and retention targets by proactively following up with both prospective and current residents.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills and sound judgment to navigate unexpected situations effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the community and competitors to provide potential residents with all necessary information for informed decision-making.
  • Foster positive resident relations through prompt and courteous responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in preparing lease documents, resident files, applications, and related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute resident engagement events.
  • Assist with additional projects and activities as required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales and customer service objectives.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in leasing or property management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OneSite and Yield Star is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Additional Information:
  • This role involves a mix of sedentary and active tasks, including climbing stairs to tour and inspect apartments.
  • Repetitive hand and wrist motions may occur while using a computer and writing.
  • Work is conducted in a typical office environment with daily outdoor exposure when touring the community.
  • Proper safety training and equipment usage can minimize hazards.
  • Ability to manage stressful and diverse work situations is essential.
  • Emotional resilience and maturity are key attributes for success in this role.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and varied schedules is required.
  • Periodic travel may be necessary for work-related activities.
  • Attendance and punctuality are critical for success in this position.
Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Additional compensation may include leasing incentives and performance-based bonuses.
