Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Lead Maintenance Technician at one of our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs
  • Oversee and execute maintenance work requests for common areas and apartment units
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal property condition
  • Assess and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment as needed
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Supervise and mentor site maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure successful team performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Proven expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair
  • Knowledge of HVAC and EPA regulations a plus
  • Certification in property maintenance or a related field a plus
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required
