Key Responsibilities
  • Property Operations
    • Coordinate and manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, marketing, customer service, maintenance, and financial management.
    • Ensure that all property operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and direct on-site staff to ensure that all operational goals are achieved.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members to help them grow and develop professionally.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work with staff members to resolve resident issues and concerns.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage operational finances, including controlling spending to budget and meeting targeted revenues.
    • Prepare and review monthly financial status reports.
  • Marketing and Leasing
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
    • Work with staff members to lease properties and ensure that all leasing goals are met.
  • Vendor Management
    • Manage vendors to ensure that all work is performed timely, is completed well, and is paid quickly.
  • Property Inspections
    • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that all physical aspects of the property meet established standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent combination of education required.
    • Prior management experience in property management or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
