Job DescriptionAs a Facilities Operations Coordinator at Marshalls, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising maintenance staff to ensure seamless facility operations
- Advocating for safety training and accident preparedness to maintain a safe workplace
- Leading the team in the efficient operation of all equipment
- Coaching and mentoring team members to facilitate individual growth and development
