Job Description

Job Summary:

A-STAFFING, INC. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing sales in the half East of United States territory by establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and identify new opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels, including industry trade shows and networking events
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand revenue
  • Monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue
  • Generate daily reports of sales activities and submit them to management
  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence in the territory
  • Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
  • Update client information in the company contact database with sales progress reports
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
  • Demonstrate products on site, at a showroom, or through video calls
  • Deliver products to customer locations if needed
  • Provide product training
  • Provide after-care service, including technical support
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules
  • Plan business trips
  • Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reaching out to technicians in the manufacturing side and being able to repair products

  • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite a plus
  • Basic Japanese skills a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds of product

Working Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
