Position OverviewThe Sales Representative role presents an excellent opportunity to establish a foundation in sales, enhance business acumen, gain a deeper understanding of the sales process, and develop lead generation capabilities within a Sales organization.
You will play a vital role in supporting the new client acquisition process for Third Bridge and collaborate with Sales Representatives to generate and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, your duties will include:
- Conducting research and gathering information on targeted companies or each qualified lead, identifying suitable contacts, and pinpointing potential sales opportunities to advance the sales process.
- Prospecting and scheduling appointments through cold calls, emails, or utilizing platforms to secure meetings for introductory presentations.
- Preparing content and assisting in client presentations and portal demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Onboarding clients who agree to trial subscriptions and managing their usage and relationship.
- Coordinating appointments by preparing and distributing materials and managing logistics for client meetings.
- Providing general sales support by updating Salesforce with all contact information and communications, as well as assisting sales representatives with data entry.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in effective communication and building relationships quickly, both over the phone and in person.
- Excellent research and investigative skills using various media.
- The ability to create urgency in the sales cycle and achieve measurable objectives.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other cloud-based sales tools.
- A high level of self-motivation, results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently.
In recognition of your contributions, we offer a comprehensive range of rewards and benefits:
- Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000
- Commissions: $30,000-$45,000 with uncapped earning potential.

QualificationsA Bachelor's degree is required, along with a strong interest in building a career in sales or at least one year of experience in a sales or sales support role. Experience in prospecting is advantageous.
