Role Overview:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care by executing a variety of essential patient care tasks.

Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses (RNs) and other healthcare team members, the LPN provides tailored, comprehensive care that aligns with the standards of our specialty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient records, including gathering patient history, accurately documenting in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), and performing regular audits.
  • Keep patients and their families informed about clinic operations and progress.
  • Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements and uphold the highest standards of nursing practice.
  • Preferably possess at least one year of clinical experience in a patient care environment.
