Requirements
  • Certification: Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA).
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid Virginia driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Background Check: Must have a clean criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
