Customer Experience Director

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales floor and coach and develop the team to achieve sales goals.
- Manage performance, payroll, and merchandise availability to support operational excellence.
- Support the Store Manager in leading the store team and driving business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
- Proven ability to link company strategies to day-to-day activities and inspire a team to deliver total company contribution.
- Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
- Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
- A competitive salary range of $23.00 - $31.40.
