Job Summary

The General Car Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all store operations management, including sales, finance, inventory, pricing, and compliance. This role requires achieving high customer service scores, meeting sales and profitability targets, and ensuring ICC compliance.

  • Manage employee, consumer, and vendor issues
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in Car Sales Management
  • Experience in auto dealership and car sales
  • Experience in auto financing and car sales regulations
  • Experience with auto lenders
  • Previous supervision or managerial experience with P&L responsibility
