Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support to healthcare providers and staff.
  • Facilitate on-site assistance during the implementation of new healthcare applications.
  • Assist in the customization and support of new acquisitions.
  • Develop and execute educational programs for ambulatory care providers.
  • Establish a clinical approval process for the integration of Medical Logic Modules and order sets from our medical staff.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

The perfect candidate will possess a robust clinical background and familiarity with electronic health record systems. You should be adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing advanced degrees in healthcare or business administration, with many of our Physician Specialists advancing to administrative and leadership positions.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires local travel within designated markets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong clinical background with knowledge of patient care settings.
  • Experience in nursing or other diagnostic and therapeutic roles is advantageous.
Certifications:

Licensure in a healthcare-related field is typically required. For IT Division roles, ITIL Foundations certification is necessary within six months of starting.

Work Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years in a clinical environment, preferably within a multi-facility healthcare system, is required. Experience with clinical information systems is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform tasks on a computer, normal or corrected vision, and the capacity to lift up to 25 pounds are essential.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this position reflects the anticipated compensation for new hires, with actual pay determined based on experience, skills, and education.
