Job Overview

Objective: Oversee staff and operational functions for Lawnmasters of Shreveport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain robust customer relationships to enhance retention.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing operational team.
  • Manage departmental operations, including staff performance assessments, payroll processing, billing, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with landscape safety regulations and implement risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and management to develop and execute optimal business performance metrics.

Administrative Duties:

  • Learn and effectively utilize the company's CRM software.
  • Create and uphold quality safety and control reports.
  • File necessary accident and injury documentation, including Workers' Compensation forms.
  • Complete all mandatory reporting in a timely manner, including staff evaluations and customer satisfaction assessments.
  • Generate monthly billing documentation.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing mid to large-scale commercial landscape maintenance operations, with a solid understanding of production, job costing, budgeting, scheduling, and material procurement.
  • Proven expertise in landscape safety, including applied OSHA-based safety programs and certifications.
  • Strong leadership skills, exceptional supervisory capabilities, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in data-driven task management, efficiency programming, and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in customer service and client relationship management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Effective time management skills, with a patient and detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and time and attendance software applications.
