Front End Loader Operator

We are seeking a skilled Front End Loader Operator to join our team at Elite Business Resources, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a front-end loader in a safe and efficient manner, loading, transporting, and unloading materials as required.
Key Responsibilities- Operate front-end loader equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Load, transport, and unload various types of materials, including soil, rock, gravel, sand, and debris.
- Inspect the front-end loader before and after operation to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
- Follow company and site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on the loader, including cleaning, fueling, and checking fluid levels.
- Collaborate with other operators, site workers, and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Understand and follow instructions related to site grading, leveling, and loading requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of materials moved, hours worked, and any incidents or issues that arise during operation.
- Operate the loader in tight spaces, adhering to all safety and maneuvering protocols.
- Work under various weather conditions and in challenging environments (e.g., construction sites, quarries).
- Proven experience as a front-end loader operator or in a similar role.
- Valid operator's license or certification for heavy machinery (as required by local or federal regulations).
- Familiarity with loader machinery and its components, including basic repair and maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions related to material movement and placement.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and ability to adhere to safety protocols.
- Good communication skills to interact with supervisors, coworkers, and site personnel.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to operate machinery for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate machinery for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments, including hot, cold, wet, or dusty conditions.
