The Telecommunications Specialist will deliver intelligence support for contingency operations, operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policies across the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).
Your responsibilities will include analyzing and assessing methodologies for ongoing evaluation of data through sampling, statistical analysis, evaluation, flow processing, and management assessment.
This role presents a significant challenge that will showcase your expertise.Key Objectives within the First Year:
- Lead multiple analytic teams for high-priority clients
- Prepare and present senior-level management analysis briefs
- Work with collection assets, focusing on access pursuit and recommending future collection operations
- Expert in SIGDEV and SIGINT Analysis, with the ability to mentor junior staff
- Analyze various information and intelligence related to threats against critical systems, infrastructure, and resources, developing relevant research studies and recommendations
- Provide intelligence support for contingency operations, operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policies across the AOR and AOI.
Evaluate and analyze methods for continuous appraisal of data through sampling, statistical analysis, evaluation, flow processing, and management assessment. Research, develop, and prepare briefings and analyses that include narrative, tabular, and graphic materials. Foster interaction with stakeholders to encourage information sharing and collaboration in support of a common situational awareness environment. Create and disseminate standard operating procedures (SOPs) and validation criteria for personnel, entities, components, and Communities of Interest (COIs). Interpret Intelligence Community policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and objectives. Conduct data mining for unknown linkages in existing information and maintain an integrated database tracking system for controlled correspondence. Analyze, assimilate, and evaluate information related to a defined geographic or functional area of responsibility. Identify and analyze complex and sensitive systems, methods, procedures, and processes. Maintain and monitor the integrated database tracking system for controlled correspondence to ensure efficient review, processing, editing, duplication, issuance, cancellation, and distribution. Perform queries and analysis using national databases. Draft formal and informal reports of findings. Deliver analytic and technical briefings, both orally and in writing. Integrate multiple intelligence disciplines.
