About the Role

This position is responsible for supervising and performing complex repairs on diesel equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex diesel equipment issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Document all repair activities and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance personnel as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies and regulations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in diesel mechanics or a related field
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and service guides
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to adapt to changing organizational needs and priorities
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
