Hotel Attendant

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Room Attendant to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Moscow, ID. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of floors, fireplaces, ovens, elevators, and landings, linen closets, guest laundry, exercise room, employee lounge, and other public areas.
• Assisting with the removal and cleaning of soiled linens.
• Performing heavy-duty work as directed by the Senior Housekeeper.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping.
• Be able to stand, sit, and/or walk for an extended period of time.
• Hold required certifications and training for TIPS, ServSafe, health department, and other organizations according to local codes.

Salary Range: $24,960 - $31,200 per year
