Job Description

At Norco, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Store Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner, answer telephone calls promptly, and route patient information to the appropriate personnel as necessary.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders and accurately input customer orders into our computer system.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical products, placement, availability, price, and use.
  • Communication: Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Keep records of customer conversations in our electronic system in a comprehensible way.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong phone and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Good typing and 10-key skills, ability to accurately enter data into computers, and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position.
