Beverage Operations Manager at Toyota Stadium

Job Summary:

The Beverage Supervisor will oversee assigned beverage locations to ensure proper execution and exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of beverage operations and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service and Beverage Quality: Maintain the highest standards of guest service and beverage quality, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and work closely with all bartenders, bar backs, and hourly supervisors to ensure efficient and effective beverage operations.
  • Beverage Execution: Ensure proper execution of the beverage playbook, including specialty cocktails and batching, to meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Training and Development: Work with the venue management team to implement beverage training for FOH staff, including proper pouring techniques, steps of making mixed drinks, and recipe details.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee post-event and monthly inventories to ensure all alcoholic beverages are efficiently tracked, and coordinate the movement of alcohol and equipment placement according to event operation requirements.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Oversee post-event clean up and tear down with FOH staff, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and adherence to all health code requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership and Communication: Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of Food & Beverage and/or Restaurant experience preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance, ability to work independently or in a team setting, and willingness to exceed guest expectations.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette, as well as strong organizational skills and ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
