We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Toyota Stadium. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring that all beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Utilize high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs, and spices to create sensational drinks for our guests.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Greet guests, take beverage orders from restaurant servers or directly from guests, and maintain a clean and organized working area.
  • Maintain Knowledge of Beverages: Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of drink recipes, wine characteristics, and menu items to provide expert recommendations to our guests.
  • Work with Culinary Team: Collaborate with our culinary team to create mixers and garnishes for beverages and ensure that all ingredients are of the highest quality.
  • Ensure Compliance: Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a Safe and Healthy Environment: Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, wine characteristics, and menu items.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
