The premier destination for the Dallas Cowboys, the Star serves as a state-of-the-art NFL training facility. Role Summary:

The Café Operations Team Member will be stationed at the Cowboys Club and will report directly to the Beverage Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to all beverage recipes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality drinks to guests.
  2. Educate customers about our product offerings and services.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries regarding coffee varieties, preparation methods, and product freshness.
  4. Provide friendly and personalized service to all customers.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and courteously.
  6. Gain knowledge of coffee and tea origins and their distinct flavor profiles.
  7. Assist in selling and serving baked goods and other food items.
  8. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace for efficient operations.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
