Position Overview
The Beverage Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing beverage service across designated locations, ensuring excellence in execution and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and beverage quality.
  • Supervise and collaborate with bartenders, bar backs, and other staff members.
  • Ensure adherence to the beverage service guidelines, including specialty drinks and preparation techniques.
  • Work alongside venue management to implement comprehensive beverage training for front-of-house staff, covering pouring techniques, mixed drink preparation, and recipe details.
  • Conduct training sessions on local and state beverage laws and regulations.
  • Lead pre-event meetings to communicate important updates, event specifics, and service expectations to the team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Inventory Management
  • Oversee post-event and monthly inventory checks to accurately track beverage stock.
  • Coordinate the placement of alcohol and equipment based on event requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing team to ensure appropriate beverage orders align with inventory levels and upcoming events.
  • Implement security protocols to minimize theft and overpouring, ensuring secure storage of inventory.
  • Maintain proper stock levels at each location and create marketing displays in line with company standards.
  • Establish par levels for beverage stations and develop detailed operational procedures.
Health and Safety Standards
  • Supervise post-event cleanup, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards for the storage and handling of all products and equipment.
Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality preferred.

• Maintain a professional appearance and personal hygiene standards.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively to execute events.

• Commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

• Strong listening skills and ability to follow management direction.

• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest relations.

• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

• Capacity to make quick, informed decisions.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively.
