Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including setting up and maintaining files, screening and controlling access, and escorting visitors.
  • Arrange and support meetings and conferences, and receive and coordinate postal mail and material shipments.
  • Coordinate subcontracted facility repairs and installation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Answer questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that workplace conditions comply with applicable federal and state occupational safety and health standard provisions.
  • Coordinate with Facility Security Officer to maintain and improve overall security posture of the facility.
  • Prepare and track material requests and inventory management.
  • Maintain a master equipment inventory to accurately track assets across the program.
  • Coordinate with STRAP engineering staff and vendors to maintain active system maintenance subscriptions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Must possess a current Secret Clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Great communication skills and ability to effectively engage across diverse functional work groups.
  • Experienced with MS office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with shipping/warehousing material and inventory management software.

Target Salary Range

$39,000 - $62,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
