Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator

to join our team in Charlotte. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the production department at our venue. As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and creative environment for the production team and venue staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of production schedules, budgets, and vendor communications.
  • Coordinate with the Production Manager to schedule shows and events, ensuring timely distribution of information to relevant teams.
  • Assist with inventory management, maintenance, and repairs of audio, lighting, and video systems.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Buyer to advance technical and hospitality details for shows and events.
  • Oversee the safe and consistent operation of all equipment.
  • Attend production meetings as outlined by the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in live event production or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in an entertainment venue is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Windows applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a moderate to loud noise environment.
