We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Quilt Software LLC.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth shipping operations and maintaining our merchant customers' satisfaction. As a key member of our order fulfillment team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the shipment of products to customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and tracking shipments.

Salary & Benefits

Responsibilities
  1. Shipping Logistics: Coordinate and manage the shipment of products to customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and tracking shipments.
  2. Customer Communication: Liaise with customers to address their inquiries, provide them with shipping updates, and offer exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.
  3. Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support, including data entry and the organization of inventory and shipping supplies.
  4. Support Company-wide Projects & Initiatives: Collaborate with other internal teams, ranging from product development to sales to technical support, to support and improve new and existing projects and initiatives.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or fulfillment associate.
  2. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  5. Familiarity with shipping logistics and tools like UPS Worldship and Salesforce.
  6. Ability to lift and move 30 lb boxes.
  7. Proficiency with word processing spreadsheet software (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are advantageous.
