Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at MSS Solutions, LLC. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

About the Role:

This role involves managing security, logistics, and inventory data, collaborating with business stakeholders, and making a difference in people's lives. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, from product availability to transport reliability and supply chain management.

You will maintain databases of logistics information, work with project schedules, and track site inventory, coordinating with corporate logistics, procurement, and shipping/receiving personnel to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Security: Responsible for the general security of trailer and connex area.
  • Data Analysis: Collects, interprets, and analyzes logistics/inventory data, including product availability, transport reliability, and supply chain management.
  • Database Management: Maintains databases of logistics information.
  • Schedule Coordination: Works with project schedules and tracks site inventory, coordinating with corporate logistics, procurement, and shipping/receiving personnel.
  • Process Improvement: Reviews logistics processes and procedures, identifying and implementing improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs.
  • Analytical Methods: Uses analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and control logistics operations and processes.
  • Facilities Monitoring: Monitors jobsite facilities and ensures proper standards are maintained.
  • Document Control: Documents work by maintaining job files and assists regional and on-site safety personnel.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management: Knowledge of inventory management and shipping/distribution channels.
  • Certification: Ability to become certified in lull and rigging.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Experience: Previous experience in logistics/inventory management field required.
  • Commercial Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial or industrial construction environment.
