About the Role

Maintaining product data accuracy is crucial in today's fast-paced e-commerce environment. As a Product Data Integrity Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all product costs, specifications, and vendor agreements are up-to-date and accurate within our client's designated software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review pricing and invoicing discrepancies to determine their root causes, implement resolution plans, and assess associated costs.
  • Collaborate with vendors during onboarding, serving as their primary point of contact for setup-related inquiries and coordinating internally with various functions to execute the onboarding process efficiently.
  • Resolve issues communicated by personnel regarding vendor product concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough content reviews to ensure new assortment expansions meet our visual and data standards as products are launched on our website.
  • Analyze customer and business insights to inform product plans, both short- and long-term, and make recommendations based on data-driven findings as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
