Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Manage conflicts and resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement special events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve restaurant operations and customer experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven restaurant environment.
  • Extensive service knowledge and experience training staff.
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Conflict resolution and special event execution skills.
  • Wine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferred.
  • Food Safety Knowledge and ServSafe Food Handlers license required.
  • Experience working with POS Systems and recruiting, staff education, and motivation.
