Key Responsibilities:
Greet all customers with eye contact and a warm welcome; identify and address customers by name, verify rental agreements, and express gratitude at the conclusion of each transaction.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance tailored to each customer's needs and requests, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the various products and services offered.
Ensure a pleasant and efficient rental experience for each customer by assisting with vehicle exchanges and returns; review rental terms with customers to guarantee clarity on rates and service charges, confirming the accuracy of rental agreement details.
Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all necessary information and offer assistance with directions, maps, local area insights, and relevant service information.
Act on behalf of both the customer and the company to resolve issues fairly and equitably, fostering ongoing customer loyalty.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of rental counters and customer areas to ensure a neat and safe environment; ensure that counters and exit booths are stocked with the necessary supplies for effective service.
Assist customers in the queue to minimize wait times and provide the most efficient service possible.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service within the last 3 years.
Must hold a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation on driving record in the last 3 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have been employed for at least 6 months at the most recent employer.
Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
