Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating and growing on-premise account relationships to maximize sales of our supplier brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and grow on-premise account relationships to maximize sales of our supplier brands.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company and supplier objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or a related field.
  • Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs.
  • Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytic and reporting skills.
  • Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:
