As a Sales Associate, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key store individuals, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement Mondelēz' visit method to ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained.
  • Communicate with store managers and Mondelēz management team to ensure sales representative negotiations are followed.
  • Follow daily route planning to ensure efficient in-store service and optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves.
  • Represent Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Collaborate with Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

  • Secondary locations: Virginia Beach, VA.
  • Schedule availability required: Monday-Friday (some weekend work may be required).
  • Must be open to relocation, outside of region, and outside of state, as necessary.
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to use promotional and merchandising techniques to develop and support customer relations.
  • Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

No relocation support available.
