Job Summary

Medix™ is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Coordinator - Psychologist to join our team in a full-time, salaried position. As a key member of our Forensic Community Treatment Program (FCTP), you will provide clinical supervision to pre- and post-licensure clinicians, interns, and practicum students; oversee case managers and home visit counselors; support the Program Director in overseeing daily program operations; interface with community-based stakeholders; and provide direct clinical care and crisis intervention as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Supervision: Provide guidance and support to pre- and post-licensure clinicians, interns, and practicum students in a forensic setting.
  • Program Operations: Oversee daily program operations, including case management and home visit counseling.
  • Team Leadership: Support the Program Director in leading the interdisciplinary treatment team and developing a robust didactic training program.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide direct clinical care and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Community Interface: Interface with community-based stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • License: License as a Psychologist or LCSW in the State of California.
  • Experience: Experience providing treatment and/or assessment in a forensic setting.
  • Leadership: Leadership experience or the professional demeanor that lends itself to developing as a leader.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
