As a key member of the Snaphunt team, you will play a vital role in driving customer success and growth. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Engagement Response Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and sharing best practices, insights, and product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers and identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Identify and capitalize on customer pain-points to provide targeted solutions and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure high levels of customer renewals and retention.
- Build and maintain strong product expertise, providing training and ongoing support as required to drive customer success.
- Provide feedback and advocacy to internal teams to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a B2B Account Management or Customer Success role, preferably in the Consulting, IT Services, and Software/SaaS industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and thrive in a fast-paced business setting.
