Key Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain a caseload of 15-25 client sessions per week, providing excellent customer service and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, and coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training, and contribute to the development of a clinical culture that promotes excellence, candor, and mutual respect.
- Clinicians must be fully licensed as a mental health professional in Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, Clinical Psychologist).
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Prefer clinicians with creative and innovative approaches to mental health, as well as those with niche market expertise in areas such as relationship counseling, teens and adolescents, trauma, eating disorder specialty, or OCD training.
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing.
- Flexible and autonomous work environment, with the ability to focus on providing excellent clinical care while the company handles marketing, referrals, scheduling, insurance, and billing.
