Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process guest accounts, handle payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist guests with luggage storage, scooter and wheelchair rentals, and other requests.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel occupancy, special events, and other factors affecting daily operations.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
