Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Guest Service Agent to join our team at Belterra Casino Resort. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage guest room assignments, including room changes and cancellations.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Process guest payments, including credit card transactions and cash handling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression for our guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
