Job Summary
The Hotel Guest Service Agent - Part Time is responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. This role involves handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to room assignments, amenities, and services.
- Process guest transactions, including check-in, check-out, and room changes.
- Assist guests with luggage storage, scooter and wheelchair rental, and other requests.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
