Job Title: Sr. Clinical Account Manager

Cour Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Clinical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion of our products and services in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and hospital staff to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Provide clinical and technical expertise to support sales efforts and drive business growth.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, with a strong background in clinical sales and product training.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expansion in the US market.
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge of medical devices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
