The Team and Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized training modules on the iPM system.
- Develop educational materials and reference documentation to support learning.
- Provide ongoing assistance and support to end users.
- Conduct testing for iPM upgrades and modifications.
About You:
- Proven experience and high-level proficiency in using the iPM system.
- Passionate about training and empowering others.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with staff at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a keen interest in data quality.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability to a changing environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
- Willingness to travel to various Monash Health sites as needed.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in one-on-one or group training settings.
- Background in developing training materials and documentation.
