Customer Service Representative I

At Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative I to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service support in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Basic customer service related activities.
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries, including price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations.
  • Achieve and maintain rapport with customers, providing them with the best possible service.
  • Answer customer technical questions regarding products and services.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to calculate discounts, fractions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume, as well as apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
