Job Summary

Pyrovio is seeking a highly skilled Construction Planning Specialist to implement and audit our established construction planning program on construction projects within the Electrical Transmission industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and process improvement, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement construction planning programs to improve project efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide training and education to construction team members on construction methods and best practices
  • Document and analyze construction inefficiencies and errors to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops to develop and implement process improvement programs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Experience in developing and implementing program improvements in an industrial or construction environment
  • General knowledge of construction site safety and best practices
  • High level of interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Suite of software
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Technology Management, Construction Management, or Construction Engineering
  • Experience in the Electrical Transmission Industry
