We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Patient Care Supervisor to join our team at Sentara Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing administrative management of the hospital, representing the administrator on call, and serving as a resource to nursing staff, physicians, and the public.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate appropriate and efficient patient placement.
- Make administrative decisions in regards to potential or actual problematic situations involving the hospital.
- May be responsible for coordinating patient care resources.
- Bachelor's Level Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
- Registered Nurse (RN) Single State Nursing License - Virginia or multistate compact license
