About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Technologist to join our team at Swedish Cherry Hill. As an Electrophysiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians in the invasive testing and treatment of patients in the Electrophysiology Lab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized technical support and assistance to physicians in the precise diagnostic mapping of patient-specific lesions, related testing, and treatment of adult and pediatric patients.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and work closely with Clinical Engineering staff to maximize the functionality of equipment and minimize downtime.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Electrophysiology Lab, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a two-year invasive cardiology program or IBHRE endorsed certificate or degree program (at least twelve month duration) or equivalent.
  • Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification upon hire.
  • National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year - If qualifying as Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - recent Invasive Cardiology Laboratory experience or graduate of certificate or degree program in Electrophysiology.
  • 2 years - If qualifying as a Radiologic Technologist must have cath lab/IR experience.
