Job Overview

At Joule Energy, we are seeking a highly skilled Energy Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, organization, and supervision of project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project structures in project management software and spreadsheets
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date project information is maintained in relevant software and spreadsheets
  • Travel to project sites to supervise subcontractors and Joule staff as needed
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors and staff to maintain project schedules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installations
  • Clearly communicate project information to relevant personnel and ensure their understanding
  • Understand and communicate the full scope of the project at a technical level
  • Adhere to OSHA requirements for job sites and communicate those requirements to others

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with a master's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in energy project development in a professional capacity
  • 1-5 years of construction project management experience
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Experience with maintaining multiple project schedules with complex components
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Technical Proficiencies:
    • Advanced understanding of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Excel
    • Advanced understanding of Primavera project management system
    • Experience with Gmail
