We are seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Covenant Health (Tennessee). As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing hospital operations on assigned shifts, ensuring safe staffing, and responding to clinical emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage hospital operations on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Ensure safe staffing levels and respond to clinical emergencies as needed.
- Administer on-site during shifts and be responsible for all hospital operations.
- Collaborate with the Administrative Director of Nursing to achieve hospital goals and objectives.
- Current Active State of Maine Nursing License.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS within 30 days of hire.
- 2 years of experience in a nursing role.
