Job Summary:

The Remarketing Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team with administrative duties related to vehicle sales. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vehicle sale transactions with customers and field locations via phone and email communication
  • Provide customer service assistance by handling inquiries from inbound phone calls and email correspondence
  • Enter sales-related information into Fleetnet systems
  • Update Microsoft Access and Excel spreadsheets
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • 2 years of administrative support and customer service experience required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs required
